35 clearances have landed in Lincolnshire postcodes. NG34 around Sleaford comes up most, then PE12 out in the Fens at Spalding, NG31 at Grantham, DN17 at Scunthorpe, PE21 in Boston and LN4 south of Lincoln.

Lincolnshire is big and thinly populated, and that is the practical fact about clearing a house in it. Boston to Grimsby is not a short hop, and a village off the B-roads out past Spilsby is not somewhere a van drops in on the way past.
