The shed on the drive nearly got left behind. We had a two-bed house booked in at Brynamman, up at the top end of the Amman Valley, in what Dyfed used to cover, and the booking form had come through neat and complete. Loft space over the kitchen, a long list of what was staying, parking sorted. Then an email arrived a day or two before: "I have forgotten to include the shed on drive contents to be cleared. all other sheds do not need clearing". Fair enough. We added it to the job, emptied the shed with everything else, and left the other outbuildings untouched.
That is house clearance in Ammanford in one line, more or less. Two days at Garnswllt
Another house clearance in the Ammanford area, out at Garnswllt on the Swansea side of SA18, ran across two separate days in August 2021. It was a full house rather than a part one. A first load on the Monday, a second full load on the Wednesday, four mattresses, an upright fridge freezer and a chest freezer, then a three-bedroom clean once the rooms were empty.
