Two loads and a mattress. That was the Kenilworth job in the first week of September 2021 — a CV8 house that had been lived in for decades, emptied between nine in the morning and the middle of the afternoon. Access, parking and the school run

March 2022. A house out in CV33, and the person arranging it lived in north-west London. She came up for a weekend beforehand to sort what was staying, went home, and left the rest to us — which is the usual pattern, except that this one arrived with instructions worth having.
