Nine clearances have landed in Hounslow's own postcodes — TW7 at Isleworth, TW8 in Brentford and TW13 at Feltham.
Under the flight path
The borough runs from Chiswick out to Heathrow, and the housing changes with it. Brentford and Isleworth are older, with Victorian terraces, riverside conversions and newer blocks along the Grand Union. Hounslow itself and Feltham are interwar and postwar semis with side entries and garages.
Access is generally better than in inner London — there are driveways and turning space in much of the borough — but the newer riverside blocks have the usual booked-lift and loading-bay routine, and it needs arranging in advance.
What the work is
End-of-tenancy work in volume, particularly nearer the airport where tenancies turn over quickly, plus sales and probate.
