37 clearances have landed in Buckinghamshire postcodes. HP13 in High Wycombe comes up most, then MK18 at Buckingham, HP9 at Beaconsfield, HP10 towards Loudwater, HP11 back in Wycombe and HP22 out past Aylesbury.
Chilterns and the Vale
The Chilterns end — Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, Great Missenden — is large houses, long drives, and outbuildings. The volume is rarely in the bedrooms; it is in the garage, the workshop and a loft with a proper staircase rather than a hatch. These are day jobs and sometimes two.
The Vale of Aylesbury and the Milton Keynes side are newer and more uniform: estate housing with consistent layouts, which makes quoting from photographs unusually reliable.
High Wycombe is its own thing — dense, hilly, a lot of converted terraces and flats, and streets where a Luton and a resident's parking bay do not agree.
