Clydebank, Dumbarton and the Vale of Leven along the north bank of the Clyde.
Clydebank was rebuilt after the Blitz, so much of the housing is postwar and consistent — easier to quote from photographs. Dumbarton and the older parts are tenement and terrace with common stairs.
The Loch Lomond edge at Balloch is a different job again, with larger properties and longer drives.
Confirmation, not probate
Scottish estates go through confirmation rather than probate. The document has a different name and a different shape, and an executor searching for English forms will not find what they need. It changes nothing about how we work: we invoice the executor, the solicitor or the estate, there is no deposit, and payment can come from the estate once it settles.
