One clearance has landed in Westminster's own postcodes, at W1S — which tells you something true about the borough: very little of it is ordinary housing, and what is tends to be mansion blocks and estates rather than houses.
Every kind of access problem at once
Mansion blocks with porters and rules about hours. Georgian terraces with narrow staircases and no lift. Council estates with lifts that may be out. Serviced blocks where the loading bay must be booked days in advance. And parking that is the tightest and most heavily enforced in the country.
