Nine clearances have landed in EN1, Enfield's own district, and the borough sits at the top edge of London where the city stops being a city.
The north edge
The stock is mixed in a way few boroughs are: Victorian terraces near the centre, large interwar semis out towards the golf courses, postwar estates, and pockets of genuinely rural property along the Lea Valley and towards Crews Hill.
Access follows the same split. Near the town centre it is the usual London problem — controlled parking, no drive, a shared entry. Further out there are driveways and turning space, and the job is decided by how full the garage is rather than where the van stands.

What the work is
A mix of probate and house sales, with more end-of-tenancy work near the centre. Enfield is also where several of our northbound runs start, which means a job here can often be fitted in at short notice.
