18 clearances have landed in Brent's own postcodes — NW10 around Willesden and HA9 at Wembley.
Terraces, towers and everything between
Brent runs from Queen's Park in the south to Wembley and Kingsbury in the north, and the housing changes the whole way. Victorian terraces converted into flats at the southern end; interwar semis through Willesden and Neasden; and a great deal of new high-rise around Wembley, where a clearance means a booked lift, a loading bay and a concierge who wants notice.
Parking is controlled across most of the borough. On match and event days around the stadium, whole streets are restricted — worth mentioning when you book, because it decides which day we can come.
What the work is
End-of-tenancy and landlord work in volume, plus sales and probate. Multi-generation households are common here, which in clearance terms means more furniture per room than the floor plan suggests.
