Three towns and a lot of villages
Bedford, Luton and Dunstable are the working end. Luton in particular is dense, with a great deal of Victorian terrace in multiple occupation and controlled parking across the centre — the day there is decided by access and by how many rooms are furnished rather than by the size of the house.
